PLUSTECHNO has an experience in cement-concrete and chemical admixtures more than 20 years and combined this experience with the support of eco-innovative global company, L’BESTE GROUP, in 2009.
In the 21th century the Innovation Management is the most popular necessity and human is a main brain source of this process. The Knowledge and Information Management is a very valuable with a cooperation through networks between the interdisciplinary studies not only local but also global. In this period PLUSTECHNO supports the firms to improve an eco-innovative R&D projects for a better environment.
Technology development and the adaptation of the new technology in industry have some difficulties however there are opportunities to reduce water consumption, to save an energy, re-use of materials, to build a more durable and strong constructions with a creativity in the structures through architectural design. Moreover there are chemical raw materials for a ceramic, coating, textile, paper, energy and other industries for future developments in their products.
Human, environment and technology with a holistic approach in Engineering Management perspective creates value with a cooperation between university–industry-government. R&D and Innovation Management projects are followed by effective triple helix model.
